Did that guy replace the High pressure oil pump that fires the injectors? that thing is worth 1000 bucks installed! my fathers truck is on its second engine after being abused for 3 years. the orignal engine had 1million and a half miles and was still strong and good but the dealer put a new "dirty" Camshaft Sensor in and he was pushing a head wind with it to the floor for 2 hours and it shut down really hot. rings stuck to the cylinders broken piston. The dealer got it running the next day. the guy used half a can of ether and broke the piston. after that it had a bad miss and smoked alot. he then got a new engine out of a 1997 and a week later his new starter blew up the guy at the shop rosted it. The guy from the starter shop said it was over heated from cranking to long. so the best way to fix you truck or car is to do it your self thsi way the job is done right and you save your self 80 bucks/hr
