OT305 swap

Got a chance to buy a 305 for 200 bucks, guy says its a 92. Got a 79 impalla with a tired 305. Will the 92 bolt up to my torque converter,trans, motor mounts,& exhaust manifolds. Was going to use the intake,carb,and distributor off the 79 motor.Thats my plan, but don't want to buy the thing unless I know it'll work.
