Seen this burn them out pretty fast too: When its very cold outside (like ths morning, only 9 degees), the shifter finds it extremely hard to work in the thick oil. Until the truck has gone down the road a couple miles 90W oil is pretty much heavy grease at once it gets into the teens or lower.
