Grandpa's got a big GMC with the 8-71 Detroit. Maybe just a bit newer that this one. It is not turboed, just the GMC blower that makes them run. A turbo quiets them down and requires less of a muffler. This one has turbo mufflers. You can hear it climb the grade hauling his CAT D7 or big excavator machine over two miles away. So sweet, so smooth, yet what a ferocious growl! GMC Brigadier? Early eighties maybe?
