Hello,
After 13 years of sitting its at least gonna need new injectors, and the tanks cleaned out, and maybe a new fuel pump. I'd take a socket and a big breaker bar and see if the motor will turn over before making any offers. The frame rail is another story. Is it broke or rusted?
Find a shop that does frame work on big trucks and they can prob. give you some idea of how much for a rail and having it drilled to match the old one. Be sure and ask about the cond. of the tranny and rear ends too. Good luck...Mike
