Starter hung up, by the time I got the post off the battery, the battery had run down. I replaced the starter, as it was worn out. But now all I get is a clunk, as the starter is engaged one time.....then nothing. I had a trickle charger attached to the battery. Also attached jumper cables to another vehicle...same happens. Set battery charger to "start, high charge"..same happens. Starter engages...then nothing. Is battery bad...or something else?
