There are only 4 points where the cab mounts and 2 where the radiator housing mount. If you don't find anything it wouldn't be too hard to visit some junk yards and measure. I don't know how late you want, but 1973 through 1980 have the same mount spacings, and 1981 through 1987 are the same, 1988 through 2002 might be the same. I got that from Auto Body Panel's catalog, and that is the breaking points for body panels, so I was guessing it would be the same for the chassis.
