The radiator in my 88 FLC 120 freightliner needs re-cored. It appeared to have a small hole in the top corner, I took it out and to a shop. They said in needed re-cored for the price of $1321.25. What would you guys suggest? Is that too much, try another shop? Any suggestions for salvage yards, im in KS? Tempted to reinstall and put in some barsleak but I hate to "fix" things that way. Maybe if I didnt have it out already Id give it a try. Thanks in advance for the help.
