I'm not much help either. I'm in Michigan. I bought a 197-something IH school bus a while back to convert into a camper and to pull an equipment trailer. I couldn't find anyone who would insure it as either a RV or commercial truck. The oinsurance companies couldn't even suggest insurance companies who could insure it. I had to sell the bus to a junk yard. And it had a nice Diesel engine, too. I did save the automatic transmission.
