Just checked my Sealed Power catalog for 239.4 CI, L head V-8 for 1939 through 1953. All internal engine parts are available. Pistons are available to .100 oversize, rings are available to .080 oversize, but you can buy any rings from Hastings. Main bearings are available to .030 undersize, and rod bearings are available to .020 undersize unless yopu buy a pair for one cylinder then they are available to .040 undersize (for the day when you thrw one rod and want to lay under the truck with the pan off sanding away the journal to the right size, sometimes along side the road :-)). They didn't include the push rod for the fuel pump, but they can be welded and ground on a valve grinder to length.

Transmission differential and wheel bearings are available from a bearing store like Bearing Service, but NAPA should be able to get them.
