Thats like asking how long is a piece of string. Its worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. Being complete is unusual most old jeeps are butchered beyong recognition, so that in itself is worth something. Rust is common sometimes it is so bad that the body tub has to be replaced. It is a long row to hoe getting a rust bucket to an even driveable state. If it is a 67 it will be a M38A1 not an M38. I would think that asking 1000 is not out of line. But be prepared to bargain.
