Late '40s to 50's Chevy door swap.

The late '40s Chevrolet had the door handles that swiveled down to open. I would like to replace the handle sets in order to get the push button kind.

I figure the easier way is to just replace door and handle all at once. The doors would swap wouldn't they? Might be nice to have a vent wing window too.

Anyone know if a different striker plate is used with the push button unit.
