Or not being present, or heavy enough. Did you correct the camber and check the caster on the front end after you raised the height? What is the condition of the suspension components, especially the rubber bushings? If they are original from the factory, there is probably a bit of dryrot. Was the trailer load balanced so most of the weight was being born by the trailer axle/s rather than the rear bumper? Do you have the heavier springs for towing? Do you have a rear sway bar? If not, consider adding one.
