Go to this website "http://www.ford-trucks.com/pictorial/1947.html" they have a photo gallery of Ford Pickups listed by year. The styles were somewhat similar from the late thirties until 1948. The wheels appear to be somewhat forward in most all of the pictures. Congratulations on the truck. When I was about 14 my grandfather sold the 1949 F-2 with factory stake bed he purchased new to a neighbor for $30. The truck had been shedded since new but was well used. That was almost 30 years ago time goes by quicker than the memories fade.
