56 Willy's Pickup

I am nearing the end of a 20+ year rebuild. This truck is all original,(except for a mild lift),so it has a 6-volt elec.system, that I want to keep in tact. My question, doe's anyone know of any type of converter,or some other way to make altrnate 12-volt power for a winch, stereo, ect.?
