I really doubt that it is original. Most likely it has been pieced together from 2 different trucks. I have seen a couple of older trucks done the same way, and they were done very, very well. One of these was even mounted on a later model one ton dually chassis with a diesel engine. It looked like it could have rolled off the assembly line that way.
