1959 Ford Tandem

A friend just purchased 59 ford tandem with a flatbed dump 20' rack bought from original owner who bought new. 29000 original miles. I haven't seen it yet says it just needs a buffing. Been stored inside Wants 1800 for it. Sounds to me like a real deal. What do you all think?
