1946 Dodge

I am about to obtain a 46 Dodge dually. It is all original. Can anyone give me some info on the flat head in-line 6 cylinder engine that came in this truck. The truck looks just like my uncle's 47 dodge pickup except for the rear axle and lack of a bed. How hard is it to find parts for these trucks? (headliner, window trim, side windows, cab lights, gauges) Tractors are easy to restore, I don't know about this thing but it was my wife's grandfathers and I have got to try.
