292 Chevy Engine in Massey 410 Combine

What problems would I run into, if any on taking a 292 Chevy engine out of a 410 Massey Combine and installing the engine into a mid sixties Chevy pick up. It appears to be on an LP fuel system now. I'm sure that can be changed. Whats your thoughts.
