1971 F100 Ranger XLT

I am wanting to restore my 1971 F100 Ranger XLT with a 360 motor in it. It pretty much needs a complete restore inside and out. I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what parts, etc...and what some sites are to look at pics and see what others have done. Thank you much for your help. I want to get started on this much anticipated project as soon as possible.
