If behind the trim can be accessed, those pieces can be popped out of the their holes. Usually the ones on the ends had a nut on them when they were accessible, otherwise they had a sleeve that poppoed into the hole first, then the mount slipped in and locked the whole combination into place. I know Snap on made a tool for this and Owatanna did too as OTC or MATCO
