I'm not sure what you will find in the line of used tires and the cost to have them shipped in.

Coker tires for antique vehicles has about the cheapest odd sized tires that I've come across.

I was struggling to find 7:00 X 18" tires for less than $200 shipped in, and Coker has them for $118 including shipping to my location.
