Is it legal in the midwest to use "off road tractor" diesel in an on road vehicle? Here in Texas, it is illegal to run "red" tractor diesel in an onroad truck thats supposed to use "green" diesel. Of course, using it and getting caught using it is two different things. But I think the fines are pretty hefty.
