Hey Group,

Truck shakes like hell when engaging into first gear from a stop. Engagements into 2nd and 3rd are fine. Im told this is throwout bearing. Do you agree? I have a mechanic now replacing entire clutch assembly. Im told clutch can be 10 or 11 inch. How do we know which one it is? What should I look for to be sure mechanic is doing a good job? In NY, the job costs about 500 bucks!!! Also, how do I know if I have the 235 engine? Where is engine code???

THanks to all in advance!!!
