Ford F600 trucks

Hello guys
Can anyone tell me if the chassis of the F600 changed significantly over the years. What Im wondering is whether a say 1976 F600 cab could be fitted to say a 1956 F600 chassis without too much modification. Also would the bell housing hole pattern from a 50's sidevalve V8 be the same as say a cleveland/BB V8????
