front disk brakes on '77 chevy 3/4 ton

got a great deal{i hope?} on this cherry...drove home..brag'n too all my friends and family..some one say's"lets go for a ride bud???"I say.."better put your helmet on.."crank her up...open the headers..let the nieghbors know i "really do care" for their " peace and quiet".let her idial and put her in gear ...and the front disk brakes are locked solid...back wheels turn like they should.
I took both front tires off.. banged around a lil', got everything spin'n, like i thought they should.put the wheels back on, spun'm good, let the jack down..start her up,tell the boyz to put their helmets on yah,yah..put her in gear and she don't move 2 inches!!!!WHAT HAPPENED? and how do i fix her fast...i'm take'n on a lot of "you know what"..please someone help? these guys won't take their helmets off!!! What caused this and what's the fix?
