1956 R-200

Ok guys and gals,
My question is this: I have a 1956 IHC R-200 truck with a Red Diamond 450 engine. My problem is that it has a spun rod bearing. Does anybody know where I can get parts for this? Every search I do comes up with nothing but Scouts. I'd REALLY like to get this old truck running again. Thanks in advance, and thanks Kim for opening the new forum!
