High Mileage Oil

Hello Folks,

There are now motor oils out there that are being called "high mileage" oils for older vehicles that have 100,000 miles or more on them.

Does anybody know for sure if these oils are really any better for these trucks than regular oil??? Or, is it just a marketing poly???
