1963 International Loadstar 1600

Trying to locate a service manual and some info on a 1963 International Loadstar 1600 Dump truck. The serial number is 1600sb317456f. Is this the 345 V-8 or something else? I am a chevy guy and don't know much about old internationals, but I got a good deal on this truck. Plan on using it, but it has no brakes. I think this has the hydro vac brake system on it? Any help anyone can provide would be helpful.
