If your truck has a floor mat you will need to pull it up and the hole should be in-line with the break petal. The master cylinder is mouned on the engine bell housing. That is wher eit was at on my brothers '52 Dodge. We relocated it to the firewall when we took the flat 6 out and installed a 1957 De Soto 341 cid Hemi.
