The Fuso rims did not clear the ridge on the inner edge of the brake drum on the '51, I don't know if this would be a problem with '61. The rims presently on the '51 are 22 1/2" tubeless, which I was told Ford used on their trucks from around 1956 and up. The problem with these is finding tires that fit. UPS runs 22.5 X 9s on some of their smaller trucks but the tires on my F-4 are 22.5 X 8 and come very close to rubbing the wheel wells when you turn the wheels so I don't think 9's would work. Also, these rims are rather narrow, narrower I think than what UPS runs on their trucks. If I try to use the wider tires on my narrow rims I think that will only make the tires higher, I don't know for sure but that's what I think. A neighbor had a International truck in his yard for a while, maybe a two or three ton straight truck, that had solid five lug 19 or 20" rims on it. I did a quick measurement once and I think they were pretty close to the bolt pattern of the Ford. He has since gotten rid of the truck and I didn't get a chance to verify the measurement but it's another source to check out if you can get a chance to go to a truck salvage yard. I am going to post a new message on this board about this and see if someone can give me the measurements.
