some questions about fitting in a 59 GMC 100

Looking into aquiring a 1959 GMC 100. I'm 6'-4" tall. Anyone with some understanding about cab size and these rigs? Will it be a squeeze for my frame?

Also - all things considered...any insight about these trucks such as where these things tend to wear out and need some closer inspection?
