Gear Vendors Automatic underdrive/overdrive unit

Does anyone have any experience with this unit? I have seen some F-350s in ebay with this installed and wondered how well they worked and how much of a mileage increase they can give? Seems like it would be a good thing to have for a cross country tow rig. thanks
