Rear end or Tranny?

I have a 1969 chevy c10. It had a stock 6 banger, I just dropped a 350 in it. My first gear could pull a house down, my second gear tops out at about 15 mph, on and on. Not too impressed. Is it my tranny, (which is the stock 4 speed) or is it my rearend, which is stock as well??????? Please help! Should I go with 373 gears?
