Ford truck questions(1979 F100-1979F150)

I drive a 1979 F100 302ci w/c4 trans.I bought a parts truck yesterday with a 351 Cleveland in it.
1.Why did Ford make a Windsor and a Cleveland 351 and what was the differences in them other than the physical sizes?
2.Can I unbolt the brake booster on the parts truck and bolt it on mine that has manual brakes without a lot of difficulty?
3.the parts truck has a fan with a clutch where mine has a straight fan,would it be benificial to put the clutch fan on my driver?
