dodge rearend trouble

i just bought a 1970 3/4 ton dodge from a friend a few weeks ago and last night my rearend exploded and left me settin on the highway for about 2 hrs before i could get someone to pull me to the house. i cant get no one to tell me anythign abotu the rearend on the housing its got 80 stamped on it then it also has C30255 in another place with the rear cover off between two of the bolt holes it has 057A stamped on it. the ring gear says 1976 dana on it with these numbers also 32503A A3D31X 46 13 and then it has 563 stamped in it also. the ring gear looks newer than anything else in the rear end. all i know is that the truck is a stout good running truck and is suposed to have 4.10 gears in it. last night when it locked up runnin about 55-60 down the hwy. there was no vibrations now howling or nothing and it just locked up for a second then broke loose. pulled it apart this mornin and looks like a bomb went off. if anyone can give me any info on the rearend i would appreciate it alot.
