need help w/fuel- 61 IH Dump Truck

I have a 61 IH Dump Truck (small) 304 Engine. It runs good at idle, but stalls out when you give it gas. It works fine when you fire it up but after 15 min or so it starts sputtering. I replaced the fuel pump and cleaned out the gas tank, the fuel filter is new and clean. I'm at lost what to do next. Any help would be appricated.
