6.2 not startng

Bummin about this one. Cream puff 6.2 ran great before
a fuel filter change and then started blowing off the return
lines(too much pressure) everyone said change the IP out,
changed it, and now won't start, has for a few seconds,
found and air leak, fixed it, still won;t start, changed the
lift pump so I could feel llike I was doing something right,
that didn't work either.
stumped.
