Printed curcuit instrument cluster, you may be heading for the salvage yard. The instrument panel is not hard to remove, reach up behind it and disconnect the speedo cable, then look for the screws that hold the panel in and remove the entire panel. You may be able to get the panel out far enough to remove the speedo cable that way. The good news is that the whole operation can take place while sitting in the drivers seat.
