1978 Chevy Spicer Trans ?????

I was needing to know the diffrence between a Spicer 60-41 and a 70-41 Trans and how much trouble it is to swap them? I have a bad 60-41 and cant seem to find one. I have found two or three 70-41 s though. Any info would be appreceated. Thanks
