There is a forum on web for IH. Think it's www.oldihc.org. Not sure if org, or com. It has seperate forums for IH models, Loadstars as example. I post there for my Cargo Star. You are right, IH is in all the yards, but never one like yours or such. To many variables with IH stuff. I personally don't know what an MV engine is, but maybe you could find gas 345, used in lots of trucks like that. There are Trader magazines in most truck stops that will have business's and parts places, including used or salvage yards. I'm from IN, and lots of places near me, or MI, or MO advertise. I'm sure other parts of country have there versions and advertisers. Try them or big gas stations for the mags. www.trader.com might get you one type.
Chevy in an IH??? Ummmm! Why not just buy the Chevy truck and sell yours? Cost and problems to do swap will age you and be more than it's worth.
