The 351-C is an awsome motor, but suffered from some poor thinking.
THe valves and ports are way too big for the street, esp if you get the 4V heads. They don't wake up tioll 4500 RPM or so. Even though that sounds cool, how often you run your motor there?
They had some other problems too, but the heads are the main thing.
I still love them. I'd do the swap, but like said before, get a long block, and look in your jegs catalog befor doing it...the parts cost a little more than notmal ford parts.
