Spark plug question(1979 F100 302ci)

I have a set of Motorcraft AWSF32PP platinum spark plugs that was given to me.Can I use these plugs in my 1979 F100 succesfully?Ole Betsy needs plugs and I already have 8?Will they work ok,this truck has a 1982 302 engine from a car in it?Thanks for any help guys,Jack(TN).
