I noticed and talked to the driver of a big truck yesterday who had took off all eight rear wheels and tires and installed four wider tires and wheels. He claims that it improved his fuel mileage by three and a half miles per gallon, gave him more rubber on the road, better braking, half the expense for new tires, better handling, etc. I just wanted to throw this out here and see what you guyz think of this? I have an RV Toter that I built from a big Freightliner and am considering doing what he did. Sonny
