updating '51 chevy truck frame

hello does anyone out there know if there are any late model chassis that will roll under the body of a 1951 chevy pickup?
If not what about front clips or rear ends ( I would like them to be the same make and model if possible)
I am trying to find best and most hassle free way to add disc brakes, power steering, a/t & v8
