The distance between holes is nearly a full 4 inches (3.907") so reversing the springs as you suggested would not do the trick. Let's go back to my original question: "What is that exact distance between the existing centerbolt's location and the center of the new differential?" Surely someone on here has the answer to that question since every street rodded '47 to '52 Chevy and GMC pickup I've seen have been converted to an open driveline.
