2-piece Dayton Rims

I have a 1962 GMC 4000 with the two piece Dayton Rims. I was told these were very dangerous to work on. Most tire shops do not mess with these any longer. Is there a replacement rim that I can use? The tire size I have is 8.25 X 20.
