I can't verify exact miles as the speedo' odometer is out, but I put on somewhere 'round 300 miles in the past week on my 88 F150 (4.9, 2 wd) and it only took 14.5 gallons!!! Surprised the heck outta me, I just gave it an oil change 2 weeks ago, and didn't have any 10w30 around so I put in some 15w40 we have in a drum for our tractors. I also changed the air filter, crankcase breather filter, and just gave her a good overall greasing. I didn't drive any slower than normal, so i dunno.
What's the best milage you guys got outta your guzzler?
