1961 Ford F800

Hello! This truck is a former fire truck,with juice brakes,w/a hydra vac unit.The hydra vac has always been a problem on this truck,I've heard there is a master cylinder you can use to eliminate the hydra vac,but I can't find anyone who know's anything about this.Also thinking about disc brake conversion.Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated on these matters.
