During that time a narrow bed with pontoon rear fenders was called a utiline by Dodge. I have a factory shop manual and a '79 W150 utiline as a daily driver so if you have a specific question I can most likely answer it.

To my best information an adventurer was just a trim package and all of the hard parts are the same. Like a prospector package in the '80's
